I love it when you stumble upon a really cool website, I think it's the 'Google God's' way of uniting you with something you should know about. It also proves that random Googling can lead to worthwhile things, even though the percentage of crap found is probably about 98.3%!

The website it called 8tracks and it let's you create your own playlists 'mixes' that you can then share with your friends and indeed the world. Wickardo! I did used to add the odd playlist using ITunes imix facility, the intention was to do one a month. But to be honest I found it really time consuming, you had to actually own the music you wanted to include and sometimes it wouldn't allow certain songs, grrr! This on the other hand is dead easy to use, you can use your own music or search their network for what you want, nice.
