Life's a bitch isn't it? You can be feeling on top of the world one day, and then the next day all kinds of bad things can happen that leave you rock bottom. And when things are bad there's not much you can do other than keep plodding on and hope that things will get better soon. If you stop you'll start sinking, you've got to keep moving and small steps are better than none.

There's no song that will lift my mood at the moment. Instead I'll settle for background music and my musical blanket is Björk

A little melancholy miss H? I've lost my Ipod and am gutted! It was my best present ever. Bizarrely steve lost his at exactly the same time. So we are in music hell...
