I went to see This Is It last night and have had Michael Jackson stuck in my head all day, you know when something you've seen plays on your mind, hmm? We made a schoolboy error in choosing to go on a Wednesday, Orange Wednesday hadn't even entered my head until we arrived to see swarms of teenagers, it was like a youth club! Oh well most were going to see Twilight and that Paranormal thingy so our screen was pretty quiet - I don't like full cinemas.

I'm glad that I went to see it, as a lifelong MJ fan it was interesting and I was quite surprised at how well he was performing in the rehearsals. Having seen the press conference in London when he announced the tour I must admit I was sceptical about whether he would perform all the shows and how well he'd do it, purely because of how frail he seemed. But having seen the footage in this film it's clear that he still had the moves, the voice and the charisma that he did when we saw him all those years ago. The shows would have been awesome and everything he'd promised.

When Bad came out that was when mine and my sisters MJ adoration reached fever pitch, he was the bees knees as far as we were concerned. I loved this video and can remember watching TOTP (when it was good) and thinking how lucky the girl in the video was to be pursued by him (note to all men, this 'flirting' routine won't get you a girl it would probably just get you maced!). I had a little flicker of that emotion last night while watching this track, and most of the others being rehearsed. For the dancers and musicians who were lucky enough to be involved it must have been a dream come true. Enjoy the video here...

Ah em, just watched this video had forgotten how great it was and how lovely he once looked...am now watching all other vids too
